Event & Partnerships Manager – US Market (B2B Hospitality Tech)

Role Overview

The Event & Partnerships Manager – US Market will be the central driver for developing and executing a high-impact, event-driven B2B strategy to build brand awareness and capture qualified leads within the US hospitality industry.

This role requires deep operational knowledge of the US market, with a primary focus on industry trade shows, association management (e.g., AAHOA), proprietary offline events, and webinars. Working closely with our HQ marketing teams, you will manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, from strategic planning and vendor negotiation to on-site execution and post-event lead management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Event Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)

Lead the full lifecycle management of all US-based events, including large industry trade shows, regional conferences, proprietary customer events, and webinars.

Develop and manage relationships with key industry associations and partners to maximize speaking, sponsorship, and lead-generation opportunities.

Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budget, material production, and post-event ROI reporting.

Collaborate with the Sales team on pre-event outreach, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up protocols.

  1. Partnerships & Public Relations (PR)

Identify and secure speaking opportunities, media partnerships, and industry collaborations that enhance Yanolja Cloud Solution's visibility and credibility.

Coordinate with US-based media and PR contacts for all event-related press, ensuring messaging aligns with regional event goals.

  1. Digital, Content & Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as the US market expert for event marketing within YCS HQ, guiding global teams on regional specifics.

Collaborate closely with central teams (Content, Design, and Digital) to localize global initiatives and create compelling event-specific assets (e.g., presentations, booth materials, event invitations, landing pages).

Support the execution of digital campaigns (email, social media) specifically designed to drive event registration and foot traffic to our booth or webinar.

Ensure all event-generated leads are properly qualified, tracked, and attributed within the CRM system.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B event marketing and execution within the US, preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or related industries.

Proven success managing all aspects of large-scale industry trade shows and association partnerships (e.g., AAHOA, HITEC).

Strong expertise in event logistics, vendor negotiation, budget management, and on-site execution.

Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, event-focused content for US hoteliers.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social) used specifically for event promotion and lead follow-up.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and optimize event ROI and lead conversion.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with international teams and aligning global strategies to local needs.
