Job Title: Strategic Operations Lead - Build the Machine (Hybrid - Manila)

Engagement: Full-Time | Compensation: Php40,000–50,000 per month with a clear path to a higher base and performance-based bonuses.

This search is for our first Operational Architect—the strategic partner who will design and build the systems that allow us to scale. Responsibilities
  • Map & Master Workflow: Diagnose the biggest bottlenecks in communication and project delivery.
  • Build the Playbook: Design and implement the first official SOPs for core operations.
  • Become the Hub: Establish a central point for clarity, ensuring no ball is dropped and no question goes unanswered.
  • Orchestrate Communication: Serve as the central nervous system of the team, run sync-ups and lead strategic video calls.
  • Spearhead Process Engineering: Document, design, and improve every key process touched; write the manual, not just follow it.
  • Drive Projects to Finish Lines: Own key initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Guard Data Integrity: Ensure reporting is accurate and insightful.
  • Prevent Problems: Use a proactive approach to identify risks before they become fires.
Qualifications
  • A Systems Thinker: Wired to see patterns and inefficiencies, and thrilled by optimizing them.
  • A Precise Communicator: Flawless spoken and written English—able to lead a meeting and write a crystal-clear SOP.
  • A Relentless Executor: Proven portfolio of built systems (e.g., Notion workspaces, Asana setups, SOP libraries).
  • Deeply Tech-Savvy: Leverage tools like Asana, Notion, and Slack to create powerful workflows. A rock-solid internet connection for daily video calls is essential.
  • Expert-Level Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Asana and Notion to design and implement sophisticated operational workflows.
  • A Natural Leader: Influencing others through clarity, competence, and professionalism.
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or strategic operations roles are required.
