In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in managing the company's tax-related financial operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. What you'll be doing Prepare and file accurate tax returns and statements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Maintain comprehensive financial records and documentation, supporting the accounting and finance functions Assist in the preparation of financial reports, analyses, and other ad-hoc projects as required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax-related insights and recommendations Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary process improvements Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar tax-focused accounting role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices in the Philippines Commitment to continuous learning and professional development PreviewHR Officer S.M.
