1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants We’re looking for detail-oriented and motivated Accountants to manage financial transactions, invoicing, payroll processing, and tax-related tasks for our US and PH-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, experience with accounting software, and the ability to handle multiple financial processes accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Record and organize financial transactions for US and PH-based clients. Reconcile bank accounts and maintain up-to-date financial records. Prepare financial reports for quarterly book reviews with clients. Manage invoicing, track payments, and resolve billing issues. Process payroll for clients, including tax deductions, benefits, and compliance with regulations. Assist in preparing individual and corporate tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for US-based clients only. Monitor client business filings to ensure timely submission and compliance with state regulations. Engage with clients through email and phone calls to provide assistance and answer inquiries. Provide support for other accounting and compliance-related tasks. Qualifications A degree in Accountancy or a related field. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero or similar software is a plus but not required. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task.
