Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to determine manpower needs
• Create and publish job advertisements in various portals
• Source and screen job applicants
• Conduct phone and face to face interviews
• Administer pre-employment exams
• Extend job offers
• Prepare onboarding of new hires
• Responsible for encoding of new hires’ information on HR information system
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Timekeeping
• Processing of statutory benefits of employees
• Help on payroll processing
• Maintain and update HRIS, particularly attendance and payroll system
• Perform other HR related duties which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology or Business related
• At least 1-year experience in HR recruitment task and government reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Resourceful problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Highly analytical and organized with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems; comfortable learning new technical systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
