What You’ll Do:

As our Finance Controller Associate , you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising financial performance. You won’t just crunch numbers — you’ll help us make smarter business decisions.

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Own the Profit & Loss and balance sheet items (like accrued revenue and expenses) for assigned countries.
• Conduct deep-dive financial analyses (RCA, ROI, cost-benefit, etc.) to improve profitability.
• Lead monthly billing to clients and support dispute resolutions with CS and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Operations, etc.) to improve processes.
• Support month-end closings, prepare journal entries, and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Help during audit season by preparing key financial data and reports.

Experienced? You’ve got solid financial chops, proven impact through financial analysis, and you love partnering with teams to deliver results.

Rising star? Maybe you’re newer in your career, but bring strong analytical skills, great communication, and a can-do attitude.

You’ll do great if you:

• Have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related course.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role — a startup background is a plus
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and non-finance folks.
• Love working with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros — the works).
• Enjoy solving problems, finding cost savings, and driving process improvements.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Bonus Points: CPA certification or working towards one
