Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client success. Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives. Using technology to improve service offerings and enhance client experiences. This Role Is for You If… Experience Proven experience with a Parcel Logistics company. Minimum of 3 years’ success in B2B account management, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Direct experience in the logistics industry—such as shipping carriers, logistics software providers, or 3PLs—is required. Qualifications Proven ability to integrate technology with product/service offerings and develop strategic relationships at the executive level. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a solid ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking capabilities. Data‑driven mindset and proficiency in technology platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo. Role Focus And Objectives Focus on client retention and identifying cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities within key enterprise accounts. Utilize problem‑solving skills and interpret client data to uncover actionable strategies for revenue growth. Conduct a minimum of 10 client meetings and 4 Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) per week.
