Responsibilities
  • You will oversee financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic planning to uphold the standards of excellence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Management major in Accounting Management
  • At least 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in finance or accounting role, preferably in hospitality and tourism industry or equivalent field
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, cash flow management, risk management, financial strategy development, cost management, tax planning and compliance, and financial systems and processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset and analytical abilities
  • Strong command of accounting processes, mandatory compliance, and financial reporting
  • Preferably, a resident of Baguio-Benguet and adjacent municipalities
