Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Management major in Accounting Management At least 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in finance or accounting role, preferably in hospitality and tourism industry or equivalent field Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, cash flow management, risk management, financial strategy development, cost management, tax planning and compliance, and financial systems and processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset and analytical abilities Strong command of accounting processes, mandatory compliance, and financial reporting Preferably, a resident of Baguio-Benguet and adjacent municipalities #J-18808-Ljbffr
