We are looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our brand partnerships, manage campaigns, and grow our affiliate and influencer network. This role requires a passion forbeauty and cosmetics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a small team in a fast paced environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to growbrand awareness and sales. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and affiliates. Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including communication, reporting,and performance tracking. Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 staff, providing guidance and support. Stay updated on beauty and cosmetics industry trends to apply best practicesin campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, administration, ormarketing support roles. Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills; able to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a small team.
