Delivery Center Leader Advisory

Role Summary

The Delivery CentreLeader will be responsible for managing the overall operations of theorganizations delivery hub in the Philippines. This role ensures seamlessintegration with global strategies while driving delivery excellence, peopledevelopment, stakeholder engagement, and operational stability. The positionalso upholds compliance with corporate risk, quality, and governance standards.

• Act as the local representative for community engagement initiatives, particularly in HR,recruitment, and employee programs.
• Drive the Centres culture,ensuring alignment with global values and service standards.
• Position the Centre as anemployer of choice for professionals in delivery and compliance.
• Lead the local leadershipteam, governance processes, and decision-making structures.
• Implement employee-focusedinitiatives including engagement surveys, retention, mentoring, and careerdevelopment.
• Manage staff welfare budgetsand discretionary spending outside of project costs.
• Oversee support functions(HR, IT, Admin, Risk) to maintain scalable operations.
• Represent the Centre locallyand foster alignment with regional leadership.
• Operationalize new globalprocesses and ensure adoption within the Philippine hub.
• Lead CSR, Diversity &Inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives locally.

• Integrate Philippine deliveryoperations into the global framework to ensure consistent servicedelivery.
• Collaborate with global andregional function leaders to expand and refine service offerings.
• Drive growth initiativesincluding market expansion, workforce scaling, delivery innovation, andclient satisfaction.
• Ensure adoption ofstandardized tools, technologies, policies, and processes.
• Coordinate delivery acrossgeographies and service lines where needed.
• Build a high-performanceculture focused on consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
• Lead KPI planning andmonitoring across quality, financial performance, and resource management.
• Ensure annual targets areachieved and adjusted in line with business dynamics.
• Oversee compliance withcorporate quality, risk, and governance standards.
• Provide performance insightsto support strategic decision-making.

• ClientManagement Oversee client onboarding, transitions, and solution delivery.
• SalesAlignment Represent the Philippine Centre in regional and global sales initiatives.
• RiskManagement Assess and escalate delivery-related risks appropriately.
• ProcessExcellence Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
• BusinessContinuity Maintain compliance with business continuity standards and certifications(ISO/SOC).
• Efficiency& Cost Management Improve delivery team utilization and optimize cost-to-serve.
• Innovation Lead digitaltransformation and automation initiatives to strengthen deliverycapabilities.

• Minimum 15 years ofprogressive leadership experience in shared services, compliance,technology, or process delivery within a global environment.
• Proven track record inmanaging large-scale, multi-functional teams across geographies.
• Strong experience in hiring,employee engagement, succession planning, and culture building.
• Background in riskmanagement, quality, and client satisfaction within a matrixedenvironment.
• Expertise in processexcellence and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, SixSigma).
• MBA or equivalentpost-graduate qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills across global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk,quality, and governance frameworks is an advantage.
