(DMCI) by 2x Mechanical Systems & Facility Development Engineer Job Responsibilities Preparation and Update of As-built drawings: Fire Sprinkler System, mechanical Reading/interpretation of plans and specification Preparations of shop drawings/ISD/CSD Review of For Construction Drawing Preparation of RFI’s/CVI/SI Preparation of submittals Monitoring of RFI’s and submittals Monitoring and closing-out of Non Compliance Notices Technical Evaluation of materials for procurement Coordination of technical concerns with the consultants Coordination implementation of FCD’s Preparation of minutes of meeting (technical and management) Inspection of materials delivered on site Attending walk-thru with the Subcontractors Witness testing and commissioning of M&E Works Preparation of inspection checklist Understanding of Contract Documents Managing the works, technical preparation of correspondence to Subcontractors, Suppliers Attend technical construction coordination meetings Emphasis on good quality to promote possible repeat client Conduct QA/QC inspection with required ISO forms Punch listing prior to turn-over: elevator, HVAC, landscaping, interior finishes Review and understanding of Contract Documents Identifying potential contract variation based on issued document by the Owner’s Representative Quantity and Cost Estimates for Variation Orders Reconciliation of submitted variation orders (quantities) Getting cost proposals/quotation from suppliers and subcontractor Commercial Evaluation of Cost proposals and quotations Preparation of PRFS and PRS Review of subcontract agreement including its scope of works and BOQ Preparation of DMCI progress billing Evaluation of the submittal progress billing of trade contractors vs the actual accomplishment. Evaluation of cost proposals for work variations submitted by subcontractors Preparation of power and water consumption billing chargeable to other parties Preparation of bill of quantities based on drawings/plans and specification Preparation of bill of materials Preparation of Pre-Construction planning per scope of work Coordinate work program with interface with all other scope of work of the project Coordination of Mechanical works only Preparation of various schedule: manpower Monitoring progress of work and evaluation of work Prepares Daily Activity Report Manpower Monitoring Equipment Monitoring Preparation of documents for turning over project to project manager or client Identification, monitoring, and close-out of balance of works Compliance to Project Safety Programs Implementation of safety and health plans of the project Toolbox Meetings Safety site Walk-Thru All other items as directed by the Project Manager and/or Management Qualifications Experience: With at least 5 years experience in the construction industry Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Industries Construction Location Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines #J-18808-Ljbffr
