Job Description As a Senior Business Process Analyst , you will lead process transformation initiatives, manage high-impact projects, and optimize business workflows. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and deliver sustainable process improvements that drive organizational efficiency and growth. Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Draw.io, Bizagi, etc.). Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies. Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading large-scale process transformation projects. Strong skills in business case development and cost-benefit analysis. Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, and enterprise process governance. Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Your Daily Tasks Process & Policy Management: Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of policies and process documentation. Ensure alignment of processes with business strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Identify, assess, and resolve process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement. Project Leadership & Change Management: Act as Project Manager for high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution. Drive process transformation efforts using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and BPM. Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption by teams. Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation: Collaborate with department heads, executives, and cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive process improvements. Facilitate workshops, process redesign sessions, and stakeholder discussions to optimize business workflows. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to leadership on process improvements. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track key performance metrics to measure process effectiveness. Leverage data-driven insights to identify and implement process enhancements. Conduct regular reviews of operational workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Mentorship & Capability Building: Mentor and guide Business Process Analysts, providing coaching and technical expertise. Conduct training sessions to improve process knowledge, methodologies, and best practices within the team.
