Job Description As a Training Coordinator, you'll oversee the logistics of global training programs—from scheduling and attendance tracking to managing data in the Learning Management System (LMS). You'll collaborate across teams, ensuring every session runs smoothly and supports the company's global learning initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Experience with Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems preferred. Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email tools. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or MS Project) preferred. Ability to learn new technical skills quickly. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively. Your Daily Tasks Schedule and track attendance for global internal training sessions through Outlook and the LMS. Collaborate with the Education Services team to create, update, or modify LMS data as needed. Manage daily operations and configuration of the LMS. Generate reports and analyze data from the LMS to guide decision-making. Track employee training completions and follow up on overdue assignments. Provide onboarding schedules and assign training materials for new hires and ongoing programs. Respond to email inquiries and troubleshooting requests from learners and managers. Act as a project or process owner for training-related initiatives. Support Education Services projects as directed.
