Vismin Protein Operations Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee the Meat and Produce outright transition across Vismin Clubs. Collaborate with the Club Operations team in the training and development of Fresh Managers, Supervisors, and Associates. Review and plan manpower requirements per club with DODs, ensuring alignment with the approved CTS. Maintain a 95% in-stock ratio by coordinating with the Merchandise team to ensure product availability. Manage coordination with local vendors for supply and quality requirements. Implement operational programs and process improvements. Primary point of escalation and resolution of issues related to protein and produce operations. Perform carcass balancing and forecasting for clubs under his jurisdiction. Qualify new suppliers. Perform comp data collection and recommend action items for our products in Vismin area to be competitive in terms of pricing and value. Price RCA and CAPA with Vismin suppliers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any Business-related course. With proven experience in retail operations, specifically in handling meat and produce products. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with potential partners and clients. Willing to work onsite in the Cebu area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
