Are you passionate about mobility, technology, and customer experience? We're looking for a
Ride-Hailing Area Specialist
to support our operations in the Philippines. In this role, you'll help optimize partner performance, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive growth through data-driven insights and local market knowledge.

What you'll do:

  • Develops and maintains structured workflows between business and other departments ensuring alignment across teams in collaboration with the manager
  • Monitors the performance of other departments and regions identifying and implementing best practices to drive business results
  • Assesses the impact and risks of proposed business solutions from legal and compliance perspectives with support from the manager and analytics team
  • Leads moderately complex projects ensuring clear structure timely execution and successful outcomes
  • Communicates effectively with users cross functional teams and regional business development representatives
  • Supports the manager with business planning and KPI tracking
  • Work alongside Country Manager to support day to day operations, including driver operations support, new city analysis, new city launches and driver launch events. focused on maximizing supply and demand opportunities.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in operations logistics courier services or tech driven companies
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Economics or a related field
  • Highly structured and comfortable making prioritization decisions
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision making
  • Familiarity with SQL or a willingness to learn is a plus
  • Willingness to execute on the ground activities (e.g. field operations)
  • Fluent in Bisaya (required); Ilonggo proficiency is a plus but not required.
  • Currently residing in the VisMin region
