Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). This role will drive digital advertising strategy and execution and lead a team of creative professionals to ensure impactful campaigns that align with brand goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving ROI, scaling campaigns, and managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, set up, and manage high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Conduct advanced keyword research and implement conversion-focused strategies
- Manage, mentor, and collaborate with a team of graphic designers, creative design staff, and content creators
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking for ROI measurement
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to align paid media strategies with growth objectives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
- Strong expertise in keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Experience leading and managing creative/marketing teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant ad budgets with ROI
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and performance analysis skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration abilities
- Laptop or desktop with at least Intel i7 (or equivalent) and 8–16GB RAM
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) with backups
- Noise-canceling headset for meetings
- Backup power source preferred
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads

Job DescriptionROLE OVERVIEW:
The Digital Media Implementer is responsible for the technical execution and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. They gather performance data and contribute to the reporting lifecycle.
Work Arrangement:- Engagement Type: Independent Contractor; fixed-term contract with extension possibility
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid; 2–3 days onsite in Makati City
