Location: Manila, Philippines About the Hiring Company Our client is a leading organization within the online gaming and digital technology industry, known for its structured operations, innovation, and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Manager to serve as the central coordination hub for the Vice President’s office. The role ensures that all projects, deliverables, and priorities are efficiently tracked and executed with full visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent cross‑functional coordination, and a deep understanding of corporate processes such as planning, budgeting, approvals, and auditing. Job Responsibilities Oversee all key deliverables, projects, and initiatives under the VP’s scope. Monitor timelines and dependencies, escalating potential risks early. Manage project tracking systems and maintain real‑time dashboards summarizing priorities and milestones. Understand and navigate internal company processes, including planning, budgeting, approvals, procurement, and auditing. Ensure compliance with established policies and workflows. Facilitate smooth approvals and sign‑offs across the organization. Act as the main liaison between the VP and departments such as Procurement, Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams. Support the VP in resolving cross-departmental dependencies and maintaining project momentum. Consolidate reports and updates from various teams into clear and actionable executive summaries. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and project briefs for leadership reviews. Provide visibility on project status, risks, and performance metrics. Develop structured workflows to enhance coordination and transparency. Standardize reporting templates and communication processes. Identify gaps and propose process improvements for greater efficiency. The Successful Candidate Minimum 5 years of iGaming experience in project coordination, business operations, or strategic initiatives. Strong understanding of digital business models and online operations. Proven ability to navigate complex corporate processes (planning, budgeting, approvals, audits). Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar). Excellent presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast in execution. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Interested?
