BASIC FUNCTION:

The job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of AVCHI by planning and controlling the performance of the Marketing section covering brand marketing advertising and promotions (offline and online), market research, sales management, and monitoring functions of the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care Department. The job holder is responsible for measuring, enhancing, and enriching the brand's market position and image through the effective and efficient implementation of various brand programs and activities. In addition, the section is responsible for achieving objectives for the following key result areas (KRAs) based on agreed key results.

  • LMA (Compliance with Government Requirements, Records Management, Budget, and Processes)
  • Brand Marketing Strategies and Programs
  • Promotions
  • Budget and Reports
  • Market Research/Expansion

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or communications,
  • Preferably a minimum of 2 years' work experience as a marketing supervisor or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and events management.
  • Has excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Has experience working with budgets and forecasting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
  • Understands various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices/social and digital marketing.
  • Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • High level of creativity.
