Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Azure Data and Integration Developer based in Makati. This role is responsible for leading the development of end-to-end Azure integration solutions, aligned to CIMIC’s One IT Target Reference Architecture.

The responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with CIMIC’s security standards.
  • Building and unit testing data and integration solutions.
  • Supporting the solution through testing phases (e.g., UAT) and production deployment.
  • Preparing technical specifications and ensuring compliance through code review.
  • Handing over solutions to BAU Support and providing hypercare post go-live.

The development and maintenance of these solutions must follow CIMIC’s Target Reference Architecture, strategic roadmap, and consider emerging technologies.

Qualifications
  • Degree in ICT, Engineering, or Science in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Azure projects including data ingestion, storage, transformation/enrichment, data lake solutions, point-to-point, real-time, and batch integrations
  • Understanding of relevant security compliance requirements
  • Good knowledge of Azure standards for data and integration solutions
  • Experience with both onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong compliance with architectural design principles
  • At least 2 out of the 3 technical pillars:
  • Integration: API Manager, REST APIs, Web API, Azure Key Vault, Service Principles, Azure AD Groups/Entra ID, GitHub Repos, Build & Release Pipelines
