The client is a physician-guided, esthetician-perfected medical spa based in Boulder, Colorado. We focus on natural results through evidence-based skincare, laser treatments, and regenerative aesthetics. We are expanding our marketing efforts and seek a Social Media Content Creator/Manager to join the team and work directly with us to achieve marketing goals.

• Social Media Management: You will be the primary person in charge of our social media channels, focusing on Instagram and YouTube. Tasks include creating, editing, and posting high-quality content.
• Content Creation and Curation: Create visually engaging content aligned with brand identity, color palette, and aesthetic. Plan and outline content ideas.
• Create and schedule 3 Reels/Posts per week and 5 days of Stories; write engaging captions with provided SEO keywords and CTAs; edit Reels; implement ManyChat into posts and stories; video content production and basic editing for YouTube; apply SEO best practices for YouTube titles, descriptions, and tags; refresh YouTube captions with active links to drive email signups and website traffic.
• Project Management & Scheduling: Use Notion (or similar) to organize content pipelines; schedule content in Planoly for Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest; plan content 1–2 months ahead.
• Process Documentation: Document workflows into SOPs with step-by-step written and video guides (Loom) to ensure tasks can be replicated by others.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with organizing Google Drive files and light email management; implement ManyChat automations for Instagram posts and lead magnets.
• Data And Analytics: Track and analyze performance of social media efforts; provide insights to refine strategy and ROI.
• Collaborative Strategy: Provide creative input and engage in professional discussions to plan and execute social media strategy using SEO as a guiding principle.

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in basic video editing.
• Canva: template creation/editing and design for social media and email marketing.
• ManyChat chatbot management.
• Google Drive organization.
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools.
• Comfort with Planoly scheduling platform (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Ability to document processes into clear SOPs with written and Loom video guides.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and data tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, UTMs).
• Creative and professional approach to content strategy and planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of health, wellness, beauty, or medical spa industry is a plus.
