Calling All Engineering Graduates – Join DC Power-Up 2.0 Globe Telecom invites engineering graduates to apply for the DC Power-Up 2.0 program, a fully sponsored training initiative in partnership with STT GDC Philippines and EPI. Participants will receive foundational data center training and be considered for future hiring.

Data Center Operations Engineer

As a Data Center Operations Engineer, You Will
  • Keep the Data Center Running: Ensure seamless 24/7 operations of our facilities.
  • Be a First Responder: Act as the Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents and major issues.
  • Troubleshoot with Expertise: Manage M&E systems, security, networks, plumbing, and critical facilities equipment.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Log and update requests, incidents, and provisioning through our ticketing system.
  • Champion Best Practices: Apply ITIL frameworks and industry standards to drive operational excellence.

Eligibility
  • Open to all engineering graduates: Industrial Engineers (IEs), Civil Engineers, Electronics & Communications Engineers (ECEs), Electrical Engineers (EEs), and other engineering-related courses
  • Fresh graduates or with up to 1–2 years’ work experience
  • Passionate about technology and infrastructure
  • Motivated to succeed in a high-demand, high-reward industry

  • Complete the HireVue Assessment (skills and compatibility)
  • Essay Submission – Answer: Why do you want to be part of DC Power-Up 2.0, and how do you see this program contributing to your career in the data center industry?
