Right of Way and Site Acquisition (ROWSA) Associate PT&T Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Be among the first 25 applicants. Key Contributions The Right of Way and Site Acquisition Staff is under the Network Engineering, Operations, and Build (NEOB) and under the supervision of the ROWSA Manager. The ROWSA Associate will collaborate with the ROWSA Manager to ensure the timely acquisition of permits and payment of all node rentals, utility bills, pole rentals, and other fees. Ensure timely, proper submission, and documentation of all Request To Attach (RTA) requests. Coordinate and manage access to sites for network infrastructure deployment, liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. What Will Make You a Fit for this Role Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related courses. At least one (1) year of relevant exposure to negotiating with decision makers (e.g., building admins, LGUs, etc.). Background in sales, liaising, or real estate. Working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Google Maps or other navigation applications. Proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills in English (or other languages/dialects). Strong coordination and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders. Excellent organization and time management abilities to handle multiple site access projects concurrently. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records. Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills to address site access challenges effectively.
