This is a vital, behind‑the‑scenes role that blends email campaign coordination, community engagement, and essential administrative support. Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Assist directly with the setup, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar). Data & System Management: Organize campaign assets, maintain clean contact lists, update segments, and ensure all SOPs and checklists are current. Performance Tracking: Compile, track, and analyze key performance data, translating findings into clear, actionable reports for internal teams. Community Support: Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms (DMs, ad comments, customer threads) to maintain a positive brand presence. Administrative & Research: Support account managers with ad‑hoc admin tasks, conduct competitive research on marketing trends, and analyze return portal data to track key customer trends. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or a relevant administrative support role. Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Comfortable using email marketing tools and familiar with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp). Strong, clear writing and collaborative communication skills across departments. Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain clarity and calm under pressure. Bonus: Previous experience or knowledge in SEO, PPC, or content writing.
