About The Role As the Amazon PPC Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across Amazon marketplaces. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem to maximize visibility, sales, and ROI. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage data-driven PPC strategies for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across global marketplaces. Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct comprehensive keyword research using tools like Helium10 to identify high-performing keywords and expansion opportunities. Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, optimize placements, and implement negative keywords to improve ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR metrics. Bulk File Management: Manage campaigns efficiently using bulk uploads and advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions for large-scale optimization. Performance Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, trends, and actionable insights; recommend improvements to drive revenue and profitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, operations, and account management teams to align ad strategy with inventory, product launches, and brand goals. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Test ad copy, targeting, and placement strategies to identify best-performing combinations and scale successful tactics. Budget Management: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI alignment with business goals. Competitor & Market Analysis: Monitor competitive advertising trends, benchmark performance, and identify growth opportunities across marketplaces. Stay informed about e-commerce trends and Amazon algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness. Competencies And Qualifications Must-Have At least 3-5 years of PPC management experience Expertise in tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout Flat-file expertise Strong ability to analyze metrics and optimize listings Proficiency in writing clear and compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for Amazon listings Excellent written and verbal communication skills What We Offer 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the Philippines.
