As an AI Trainer, you'll be crucial in training the large language models that power our AI-native games. Your work will directly improve the models' emotional intelligence and logic, helping to create a truly immersive experience for players.

Responsibilities
  • Content Annotation: Annotate various game assets, including dialogues, quests, and character interactions, to ensure the data is accurate and consistent, which in turn optimizes the player's experience.
  • Creative Content Creation: Craft detailed world-building elements, compelling characters, mini-plots, and personality profiles.
  • Model Evaluation: Annotate and evaluate our AI models' responses against a set of rubrics to improve their dialogue and overall interactions, ensuring the best possible user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our research and product teams to help develop cutting-edge large language models.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking passionate individuals who are ready to make an impact.

  • Educational Background: Fresh graduates with a degree in Statistics, Technology/IT/Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Psychology, or Copywriting.
  • Skills & Experience: We are looking for candidates with experience or a degree in the following areas: Writing and storytelling (including copywriting and technical writing); STEM fields; Data disciplines (including data analysis, manipulation, and reporting); Psychology and Philosophy; Passion for Gaming : A genuine passion for gaming is a must, especially with experience in narrative-driven or role-playing games.

While not required, these skills would be a big plus:

  • Experience with AI Models: Familiarity with AI models, including RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluating, comparing, or auditing model data.
  • Experience with Data: Experience in data analysis, manipulation, or reporting.
