Job Description: We’re looking for a highly skilled Online Course Creation Specialist to lead the entire process of building and launching online courses. This includes planning, designing content, producing videos, setting up the course platform, and developing marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has a solid understanding of course platforms and digital marketing. Responsibilities Plan and structure course outlines, modules, and learning objectives. Coordinate with subject matter experts and creators to develop engaging course content. Manage video creation, scripting, editing, and course uploads on platforms like Kajabi, Thinkific, or Teachable. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote and monetize courses. Set up lead generation, email automation, and sales funnels. Track course performance and suggest improvements for better results. Ensure a smooth and consistent brand experience for learners. Qualifications Proven experience in course creation, instructional design, or digital marketing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of online course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.) and marketing tools (GHL, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.). Comfortable using a time tracker and working within a virtual office environment. 1–2 minute video introduction (First name only, neat/professional background) — tell us about your experience and why you’re the best fit for this role.
