We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing communities centered around specific chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma, etc. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patient needs, the ability to create engaging content, and the strategic foresight to grow the community through partnerships and influencer outreach. Responsibilities Build and manage online and offline communities of patients suffering from specific chronic diseases. Develop and implement community-building strategies that enhance engagement, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among community members. Craft compelling and relevant content for the community to stimulate conversation and engagement within the communities. Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential partners and influencers who can help grow the community. Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews, leveraging this information to improve community experiences. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost the community's brand visibility. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and to leverage marketing initiatives for community growth. Stay updated with digital technology trends to ensure the community remains a user-friendly environment and to leverage new tools for community growth. Qualifications Proven experience as a community manager or similar role. Experience in building and growing online communities, preferably in the healthcare sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels. Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work with diverse groups and build strong relationships. Familiarity with chronic diseases and patient needs is a plus. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field. Excellent command of English language, with impeccable grammar and spelling. Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards diverse communities and individuals. Strong understanding of social media and online community platforms. Experience in creating engaging content for diverse audiences. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
