Brand Communications Manager

Responsibilities Develop and execute public relations strategies that align with the brand and business objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for all media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press briefings with company leadership. Draft and edit compelling press releases, media kits, pitches, articles, and other external and internal brand communication initiatives. Lead the crisis communication efforts and proactively manage brand reputation. Monitor media coverage, analyze PR performance metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness. Identify and secure speaking opportunities, awards, and other third-party endorsements. Support internal communication initiatives related to CSR projects, company events, and related activities. Participate in industry events and meetings to support the company’s image. Collaborate closely with internal departments to execute tasks needed for external communications. Job Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of 3-5 years in a PR or communications role. Experience in Fintech or Finance is a plus. Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in media relations and securing press coverage. Experience with crisis communications and brand reputation management. Proficiency with media monitoring and analytics tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a collaborative spirit.
