About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building our employer brand, engaging with top talent, and driving innovative recruitment campaigns that attract the right candidates.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to support hiring needs in the Philippines site.
- Manage employer branding initiatives across digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, and other platforms).
- Create compelling job postings, social media content, and campaigns that resonate with our target talent market.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to continuously improve candidate engagement and conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with external job portals, community groups, and other sourcing partners.
- Ensure consistency of employer branding across all candidate touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing (experience in BPO, tech, or shared services is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, job boards, and digital campaign management.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
