Our team is seeking a Technical Consultant who can provide our clients with outstanding technical assistance and equip them with the right knowledge to use the solutions. This position will assist in conducting user training, software installation, configuration, and data migration. We’d love to have you join our team, apply now

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partners with Functional Consultants to conduct software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule. They are also in charge of the customization of forms and reports using reporting tools. Most of their services are rendered on the client’s site.
  • Conduct software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule
  • Design and conduct data migration from legacy systems into systems
  • Customize forms, layouts, and develop reports using any reporting tools i.e. Crystal Reports, MS Excel, or any appropriate tool
  • Create system customizations (SQL Queries for viewing the report, Formatted Search, stored procedures on SQL server) based on client requirements
  • Conduct integrated IT and networking solutions for data centers, corporate buildings, and special installation cases such as storage/warehouse sites, factories, and the likes
  • Designing computer security architecture and developing detailed cyber security designs
  • Configure / setup and test applications to assure that the system is ready for Proof of Concept / Live
  • Train, coach, and mentor users on the effective use of the software
  • Set up the Backup and Maintenance schedule of the database
  • Solve issues related to system implementations
  • Provide regular project status reports to the customers and management
Skills and Qualifications:

Willingness to travel or be relocated is an advantage

Must hold a degree in Information Technology, Software Development Management,

Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Knowledge on Microsoft Server Operating System, Crystal Report & MS SQL,

JavaScript, Visual Basic, Hardware & software networking

At least 1 year of working experience in any standard ERP product is ideal but is not required

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to conduct user training
