Customer Success - Family Empowerment Associate The Role

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time

We’re looking for passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team. This is not your typical sales or customer success position. You’ll be working with real families with real human problems, and your role is to empower underserved families to take the most transformative step of their life to access care.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and drive the family empowerment function. You’ll manage our family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training to care for others.
  • Uplift our families. Guide families through the healthcare and training maze and be their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
  • Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across Abby Care. Be a critical voice for collaboration to advance our mission.
  • Build a thriving community. Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role. This can include:
  • Account Management
  • Customer Success Development
  • Call Center Development
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills. Ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn). Proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
