About the Role – Recruitment Operations SpecialistWe are looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in optimizing and accelerating our hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of solving tough recruitment challenges.
Responsibilities- Optimize and accelerate our hiring processes.
- Coordinate with recruiters, operations, and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows.
- Identify breakdowns in the hiring funnel and execute creative solutions (e.g., direct sourcing, local outreach, hiring sprints).
- Build or refine processes to solve recurring hiring issues (e.g., rescue playbooks for aged requisitions).
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, aging reports) and analyze data to drive improvements.
- 1+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or operational hiring environments.
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill or aged roles.
- Experience working with recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion, aging reports).
- Strong sense of accountability; takes ownership of tough requisitions and delivers results.
- Proactive and independent — takes initiative without waiting for direction.
- Able to identify breakdowns in the hiring funnel and execute creative solutions (e.g., direct sourcing, local outreach, hiring sprints).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; works well with recruiters, operations, and hiring managers.
- Clear and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage expectations, communicate blockers, and influence priorities.
- Familiar with structured recruitment processes but adaptable to operate outside them when needed.
- Capable of building or refining processes to solve recurring hiring issues (e.g., rescue playbooks for aged requisitions).
- Proficient in Excel, CRMs, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Able to independently analyze data to pinpoint bottlenecks or conversion issues in the funnel.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments with urgent hiring needs.
- Energetic, results-driven, and focused on delivering measurable impact.
