About the Role – Recruitment Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in optimizing and accelerating our hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of solving tough recruitment challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize and accelerate our hiring processes.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, operations, and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows.
  • Identify breakdowns in the hiring funnel and execute creative solutions (e.g., direct sourcing, local outreach, hiring sprints).
  • Build or refine processes to solve recurring hiring issues (e.g., rescue playbooks for aged requisitions).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, aging reports) and analyze data to drive improvements.
Key Requirements Experience
  • 1+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or operational hiring environments.
  • Proven success in closing hard-to-fill or aged roles.
  • Experience working with recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion, aging reports).
Ownership & Problem-Solving
  • Strong sense of accountability; takes ownership of tough requisitions and delivers results.
  • Proactive and independent — takes initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Able to identify breakdowns in the hiring funnel and execute creative solutions (e.g., direct sourcing, local outreach, hiring sprints).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; works well with recruiters, operations, and hiring managers.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage expectations, communicate blockers, and influence priorities.
Process Orientation
  • Familiar with structured recruitment processes but adaptable to operate outside them when needed.
  • Capable of building or refining processes to solve recurring hiring issues (e.g., rescue playbooks for aged requisitions).
Tools & Data
  • Proficient in Excel, CRMs, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Able to independently analyze data to pinpoint bottlenecks or conversion issues in the funnel.
