Recruitment Specialist The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring manpower needs and qualifications are met. This includes attracting candidates to interview, selecting, and onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs, including required skills, experience, and the number of positions to be filled. Create clear and accurate job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and accurately reflect the requirements of the role. Coordinating with agencies on screening and scheduling the interviews of the qualified applicants. Processing store intros of the qualified applicants. Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven years of experience in Recruitment, preferably from retail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Can work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
