Key Responsibilities – Specialist Level: End-to-End Recruitment Management Independently manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Strategic Workforce Planning Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to assess staffing needs and recommend recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Advanced Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pool Development Identify and attract active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and recruitment events. Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Competency-Based Screening & Assessment Conduct structured interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure quality hires and cultural fit. Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination Prepare and extend job offers, handle salary negotiations, and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Recruitment Reporting & Updates Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on the status of open positions, candidate pipelines, and interview schedules. Report recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics to the HR Assistant Manager . Recruitment Process Improvement & Compliance Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and DOLE regulations. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and online campaigns. Collaboration & Mentorship Coordinate closely with HR team members, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Provide guidance or coaching to junior recruiters or HR assistants on recruitment best practices. Recruitment Analytics Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and generate reports on key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
