Support the finance department with accounting tasks, data entry, and financial reporting in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Assisting in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Performing data entry and updating accounting databases and spreadsheets. Assisting in reconciling bank statements and accounts. Aiding in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation. Supporting accountants and management with ad-hoc projects as needed. Completing all work in accordance with tax and accounting legislative requirements as well as the client’s processes and procedures. Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting. About You: The ideal candidate will have: A graduate degree in B.S. Accountancy or any bachelor’s degree in accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. No minimum years of experience required; fresh CPAs are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Excel, including skills such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables. Knowledge in using Xero Accounting software and SQL is preferred but not required.
