Overview

TheGRC Specialist (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)/ Compliance Officer shall be responsible for supporting the Company's control environment by ensuring that policies, procedures, and processes are defined and updated; Risks are identified and managed; Controls are tested; Exceptions are remediated; and data is analyzed and used for continuous improvement and optimization. Developing, implementing, and managing an organization's compliance program. Performing audit and compliance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with all departments for all policies and procedures.
  • Planning, implementing, and overseeing risk-related programs.
  • Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues.
  • Developing company compliance communications.
  • Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees.
  • Participate in the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the GRC compliance standards, including certification where applicable.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with data privacy compliance program, ensuring IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of the system-wide risk management function of the information security program.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of Compliance and GRC experience.
  • At least 2 years of internal audit, ISO auditing, and Security/Compliance audits
  • Ability to work accurately, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well with others to accomplish common goals.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Positive attitude and high stress threshold to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibits a sense of responsibility and urgency toward goal accomplishment.
  • Knowledge in internal auditing, IT service management, ISO compliance and frameworks, and business analytics.
