Regional Project Manager – Telecom Infrastructure

Regional Project Manager – Telecom Infrastructure & Cell Sites Support bidding activities, solution design, and contract negotiations to ensure project feasibility during the pre‑sales stage. Identify and manage project risks while delivering based on set timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee project execution, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and profitability. Establish clear governance and reporting structures, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Enhance team capability by mentoring engineers and subcontractors through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience in civil works or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction. Hands‑on experience in site surveys, structural design, AC/DC power systems, and industry implementation standards. Preferred Certifications: PMP, Uptime ATD, or relevant Civil Work/MEP certifications (local/domestic). Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of project management methodologies and MEP construction site operations. Knowledge of local construction laws and permit requirements in the Philippines. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and cross‑cultural management. Strong team management experience with the ability to lead project teams of 20 or more members.
