About the job IT Infrastructure Engineer - Senior Manager The Infrastructure Team is a global organization responsible for all critical infrastructure and cloud services, operating with a security- and automation-first mindset. Where You Come In As a key leader in the Infrastructure Team, you will: Lead regional IT service operations, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence. You and your team will be held accountable for consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. Own and lead complex 2nd and 3rd tier support as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert across infrastructure platforms. Drive strategic initiatives to simplify and modernize infrastructure based on reduce, retire, re-platform principles. Partner with the Director of IT to maintain the IT roadmap, risk register, project plans, and service portfolio, ensuring they are always accurate and aligned with business goals. Lead regional IT projects, managing budgets, risks, timelines, and team deliverables. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and updates, showcasing excellent communication and influence at the senior leadership level. Work closely with Finance to ensure all initiatives are cost-effective, accurately budgeted, and demonstrate clear ROI and efficiency gains. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulationspersonally and across your team. Must-Have Skills and Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) 12+ years of technical management experience across the following core areas:Active Directory Administration Windows Server (including Active Directory) VMware Computer Networks, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching Firewalls, WAN Optimization 13+ years of overall industry experience Minimum of 58 years of experience leading people and managing teams Demonstrated ability to own, manage, and deliver infrastructure support and modernization projects at scale.
