We believe that work should be enjoyable, stimulating and fun The Department Our Contract Data teams is the dynamic interface between our global network of Contract Managers and the systems which we use to sell hotel rooms to our customers. Every relationship we have with a hotel is governed by a complex contract which defines the services which will be provided by the hotel, their availability and price. It’s the responsibility of our team to ensure that every detail of that contract is accurately loaded into our systems and subsequently updated with any changes. The Role The Contract Data Executive (Data Loading) will be responsible for populating the data base with the information requested by the Destination Managers, in terms of contracts and content. Key Activities Accurately update and maintain new contracts, renewals, and contracts amendments in the relevant system(s) within set time frames, according to company procedure; Precise system input of all requested contract information (room types, rate plans, cancellation policies, city tax, supplements, promotions, offers, inventory, etc); Respond to all incoming contract-related requests from internal departments; Quality control of contracts, apply corrective actions; Maintain a good relationship with Destination Managers and other internal departments; Provide support for other contract tasks, where applicable; Key Relationships Hotel Coordinators team Destination Managers Department Manager Customer Support team Requirements Data collection/inputting experience; Database administration and updating; Attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional work quality; Team player, also able to work independently; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Advanced Excel usage; Strong time management ability, able to multi task; Able to work under pressure; Travel industry background with customer service and / or administration support experience (preferred).
