Main Responsibilities Execution of Demand Creation Activities and Promotions – effectively execute planned demand creation and promotions activities in the assigned sales areas. Channel Sales Support – support the Sales Manager and Distributors to ensure product availability, visibility, and movement within channels. Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders – develop relationships with growers, cooperatives, traders, buyers, financiers, agents, and local government units in the sales area. Product Development Support – assist the Technical Manager with Multi-Location Trials and 2nd screening Trials, including data gathering and monitoring. Other Responsibilities Market Intelligence Gathering and Reporting – communicate market intelligence from stakeholders regularly. Perform additional duties as directed by the Sales Manager. Brief Description of Responsibilities and Tasks Conduct demand creation activities, promotions, and campaigns such as Field Days and Stakeholders Meetings. Manage field demos, including site and grower selection, ensuring proper practices and monitoring. Visit dealers and seed shops to monitor product availability and support channel promotions. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, addressing their concerns and feedback. Identify sites and growers for trials, monitor and gather data, and report trial status. Gather industry and market updates, including cropping seasons, competitor activities, prices, and government programs, and communicate findings regularly.
