About The Role A seasoned data intelligence analyst who champions Data & Analytics and can confidently address Clients, Internal Stakeholders, and C-suite executives with professionalism and storytelling. You will produce unique and insightful social intelligence outputs for multiple brands, including social listening for brand tracking, crisis monitoring, and audience insights/segmentation for strategy development. Your role goes beyond analytics to uncover the \'why\' behind the data, leveraging advanced intelligence tools to reveal cultural trends and provide data-driven insights for strategy and creative teams. What You’ll Do Lead the use of data as a story, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Simplify and organize information into a single narrative that informs and inspires creative briefs. Leverage social intelligence and performance data to inform strategy and drive business results. Develop unique social intelligence outputs, including brand tracking, crisis monitoring, and audience segmentation for strategy development. Interpret business challenges to develop measurement plans, goals, and KPIs. Oversee the quality and development of social insights, listening reports, and dashboards to meet modern marketing needs. Create dashboards using tools such as Sprinklr, YouScan, Brandwatch, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Act as a key player in new briefs, representing the agency’s social intelligence expertise with confidence. Build strong relationships with strategy leaders and the creative community, acting as a trusted partner. Mentor Social Intelligence Analysts and foster a culture of excellence within the analytics team. Partner with broader teams to connect social data with other analytics for a holistic view. What You’ll Need Experience & Expertise: 8+ years in data and analytics; proven experience managing social intelligence across multiple markets; deep expertise with social intelligence tools and data visualization platforms. Skills & Abilities: Ability to transform complex data into clear narratives for executives, stakeholders, and clients; strong understanding of statistical methods and cross-channel analytics; strong visual storytelling and dashboarding with a portfolio. Leadership & Mindset: Effective manager and mentor; thought-leader with a passion for social intelligence and human behavior; excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
