The Customer Service Sales Representative manages both inbound and outbound communications with customers, delivering exceptional service while actively driving sales. The role involves resolving customer inquiries and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. The successful candidate will be skilled in building strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s revenue goals through sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving complaints or issues efficiently.
- Promote and recommend products or services based on customer needs, driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with navigating the company’s services via the website.
- Follow up on leads generated through outbound calls, qualifying potential customers, and closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Accurately input and update customer information in CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented for future reference.
- Creates and maintains detailed reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive to track sales performance, customer interactions, and service levels.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service performance targets set by the company, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer experience and support business objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the customer service and sales team.
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, specifically in handling both inbound and outbound sales/customer service calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and persuasively.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling customer complaints and complex account issues.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and other sales/customer service tools for tracking customer interactions and managing follow-ups.
- Reliable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Typing speed of at least 40WPM.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different customer personalities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Graveyard, Mid, or Morning shifts as required.
