Product Manager RMT, MLS (ASCPi) CM | DTARESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Set individual sales targets and track sales goals.
- Build and promote long lasting customer relationships.
- Able to find new customer leads.
- Manage team performance daily ensuring the objectives are being attained and maintained on a consistent basis
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the products and competition status.
- Execute the management operating system requirements for forecasting, planning, follow up reporting and evaluation
- Build marketing programs on our products and create specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments.
- Market through various channels and segments databases.
- Perform market survey and research on new product to offer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum BSc in Medical Technology and Registered Medtech
- Graduate of MSMT is an advantage
- At least 2Year(s) of managerial working experience in the IVD Industry
- Has a thorough understanding of medical and in Vitro diagnostic products
- Excellent understanding of the IVD or related medical market
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and confident presenter
- Proven leadership capability and a strong results orientation
- Tech Savvy
- Able to travel all over Philippines
- Experienced in product launches and market penetration
