WE'RE HIRING – SALES MANAGER Coron – On-site Full-Time | Sales & Customer Service Onsolar Corporation is looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to connect with clients online, answer inquiries, and guide them from first contact all the way to closing the deal. What You’ll Do: Respond quickly & professionally to online inquiries (FB Messenger & more) Present product details & answer client questions clearly Recommend solutions & explain promos or bundles Collect client info & track leads for follow-ups Provide checklists & step‑by‑step guidance for requirements Do verification calls to confirm details Assist in finalizing agreements & ensuring documents are complete Create quotations & invoices in our CRM system Conduct site visits or field work to meet customers and collaborate with the project engineer What We’re Looking For: Senior High School graduate (college‑level or graduate preferred) Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (BPO/chat experience a plus) Strong written & verbal communication in English & Filipino Comfortable with online selling & client coordination Sales‑driven mindset + objection‑handling skills Willing to work on‑site in Dumaguete Willing to respond to urgent customer inquiries even beyond shift hours when needed Knowledge in solar industry is a plus Why Join Onsolar?
