Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Offramp. As our first PM, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the product, building the roadmap, and driving execution. What You’ll Do Shape the Product Own the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the founders. Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and data to identify and prioritize the most impactful problems to solve. Define and refine the product roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs. Ship the Product Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Ensure smooth execution by removing blockers, managing trade-offs, and making tough calls when needed. Synchronize the People Align all stakeholders around a shared vision, strategy, and goals. Communicate priorities, progress, and decisions clearly and effectively across the team. Build processes and systems to ensure clarity, focus, and efficiency as the team scales. Wear Many Hats Be ready to jump into whatever is needed—whether it’s QA, user research, API documentation, or even setting up payroll. Act as the glue between teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What We’re Looking For Ownership Mentality: You take full accountability for outcomes and thrive in ambiguous environments.
