Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production activities to meet targets and schedules. Ensure that all products are produced according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety protocols. Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Coordinate with QA, R&D, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Supervise production staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Check availability of raw materials and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse departments to maintain sufficient inventory levels. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all production areas in compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Prepare production reports and analyze data to recommend improvements. Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and quality goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. With at least 3–5 years experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment. Strong knowledge of food safety standards , GMP , and HACCP . Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple production lines and meet tight deadlines.
