Oversees the completion of plant trials on time. Recommends machine improvements to the General Manager and Engineering team to increase machine performance efficiency. Coordinates with the Engineering team to ensure that all machines are operating properly and efficiently. Creates and implements the Action Plan that will address manufacturing inefficiencies identified in production. Coordinates with Warehouse team to ensure that raw, packaging, and general materials required for production are sufficient at all times. Finds ways to reduce scrap and re-work costs. Evaluates recommendation of production line supervisors in increasing material usage efficiency and presents the best approach to the Plant Manager. Manages the entire Production team (Production and In-Line Maintenance) to achieve their performance targets. Develops the skills of direct reports to enhance their job performances and addresses employee grievances within one's team. A Graduate of Chemical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial Automation/Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering/ Food Technology. With at least 2 years related work experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably from a bakery industry. With expert skill and knowledge on food manufacturing production process, food processing equipment, packaging system, and food safety regulations and compliance. With strong leadership attributes.
