Job Description We are looking for Technical Support Engineers As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll work with different systems, software, and hardware, and follow standard procedures to elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments. Requirements College degree with a focus in computer networking, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Any of the following technical certifications: Cisco CCNA, Net+, NSE 3+ Fortinet, Fortinet Certified Fundamentals, ITIL 4. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Outstanding customer‑service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care. Self‑motivator and self‑starter. Focus on quality and customer service. Exceptional listening and analytical skills. Solid time‑management skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
