Marketing Staff

The Marketing Staff responsibilities include more than planning and coordinating staff training. Depending on the size and needs of the company, a Marketing Staff will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Creates the training schedules, Track and create reports on the results of all trainings and maintain training records for the company.
- Train new hires on fcompany policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
- Coordinates with the Trainors regarding on the Training schedules
- Leads generation for possible attendees for the trainings
- Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
- Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house and Public training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
- Handles inquiries regarding Public and Inhouse Trainings
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Commerce, Behavioral Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering, or any other courses and must have good to excellent communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work fully on site in Makati City
- With own laptop
