As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Recruitment Officer to help us source, screen, and deploy top talent for our clients. Job Overview The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—primarily for outsourced and project-based roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the manpower or staffing industry , with the ability to manage high-volume hiring needs and collaborate closely with operations and client accounts. Key Responsibilities Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and field recruitment. Screen applicants via phone, interviews, and assessments based on client requirements. Coordinate with account managers or clients for job briefs, hiring updates, and candidate endorsements. Manage end-to-end hiring process including job posting, interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding. Maintain a candidate database and generate recruitment reports. Ensure timely deployment of candidates to meet project deadlines or client staffing needs. Support recruitment events, job fairs, and community sourcing initiatives as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment , preferably in the manpower or staffing industry . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and meet volume hiring targets. Familiar with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems. Willing to do fieldwork or provincial sourcing if necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
